We operate an empowered working environment. We focus on amazing outputs and not where or when they’re delivered. Traditional 9-5 no longer suits everyone - we each have individual needs, commitments and ways to deliver our best. When it comes to work, we believe in trust and transparency - it makes us accountable, boosts confidence and makes us happier, healthier, and more productive colleagues.
There may be certain requirements when you are needed in the office for collaboration with your team - this differs on a team-by-team basis, so this may be something you’d like to ask/explore in your interview.
