What you will be doing:

We are looking for an Associate to join our team. You would work within the Commercial Real Estate team which encompasses complex and challenging work and gives an opportunity to work on some of the most innovative and exciting projects in the UK.  

You will be:
  •  working on commercial property matters including sales and acquisitions, secured lending work, development, investment and landlord and tenant work
  • working as part of a wider team that has a depth and breadth of experience and expertise across most industry sectors, and in every area of Commercial Property law 
  • helping to build and grow the Commercial Property practice, which includes freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, portfolio management work, and landlord and tenant matters 
  • assisting on large commercial property and development deals whilst managing your own caseload

What you will need:

  • Strong commercial real estate experience with 2 years + PQE 
  • A desire to enhance and build client relationships and exceed expectations 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A high degree of initiative and the ability to cope in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
  • The desire to be part of a team and ability to successfully collaborate, develop and supervise other team members.

With the support of Planning and Construction, we have one of the best integrated teams. We act for local, regional and national commercial developers, charities, pension funds and venture capitalists, sector specific developers as well as foreign investors on projects throughout the UK.
