Life at Mayo Wynne Baxter
New Starters - Welcome!
From day one of new recruits joining us, we invest time in training and development with a comprehensive introduction to our business over the first few days.
The nicest feedback we get from our new employees is how friendly everyone is and how welcomed they have felt.
Mayo Wynne Baxter’s motto is ‘Exceptional Service from Outstanding People’. We wouldn't be the best without our outstanding team.
New starters will have an introduction from HR, an overview from different support teams and intensive IT training.
When joining MWB, all new starters will also be assigned a mentor to help during the first few months with us.
The mentor will be an experienced colleague who provides guidance and general support. They may be able to help with setting goals, developing contacts, and identifying resources.
There are also regular social events.
You can also join the Social or Charity Committee.
